If there is an issue upon installation of a theme, please contact me so I may help resolve the issue in a timely manner. However, I cannot help with issues concerning the opperation of wordpress, third party plugins, or any modifications you have made to the theme on your own. If you wish to have me customize one of my existing themes, please contact me and I will get back to you during the next business day.
I am in the office from Monday to Friday, 8-5, and will respond to emails during that time.
I am more than happy to help you setup any of my themes to look like it’s demo site. Once you have purchased a theme, contact me and we will proceed from there.
In order for me to easily install your theme you must already have your own domain name and hosting, an installation of WordPress.org, and an installation of the Genesis Framework. You can purchase the framework here.
Due to the nature of my digital work, I cannot give refunds on themes, websites, logos, photography or any other digital deliverable. If there is an issue with anything, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve it in a timely manner.
If a paper product has been shipped to you and has arrived damaged, please contact me.
